Today we sit down with Jono Bacon. Author of five books, community strategist, and Keynote speaker.

Jono spent his career developing his community management skills and decided to do consulting/advising on the side, which led him into founding Jono Bacon Consulting and extending the power of collaboration to a wider range of industries across the world.

He wrote the critically acclaimed book The Art of Community, and also founded the Community Leadership Summit. His story gives us some insightful perspective about what it’s like to transition successfully from employee to entrepreneur.
